Los Perros del Mal defeated Bad News Brown by pinfall in a 3-on-1 handicap match. Last week, Brown was told he would have a match with one of the members of Los Perros del Mal. Instead, he ended up having a match against all three. To his credit, he didn’t back down from the fight, and managed to give them a run for their money in the early goings. However, the numbers advantage was too much for him. While Brown was able to hit the group leader, Perro Aguyao Jr. with the Ghetto Blaster, he couldn’t capitalize on it. The double and triple team moves that followed were too much for him to overcome and he was defeated by way of a tornado DDT from Daga followed by Tornillo by Hector Garza, and La Sanza by Aguyao.

In the bowels of the Temple, there is a dark room with something resembling a prison cell. It used to be where Dario Cueto kept his brother locked up. Now, it is where Eric Young spends most of his time. In this room, we hear the voices that he hears. They are calling out to him. They tell him that he is ready to go and comb the city streets to find others who are like him, and that when he does, they will shall return to the Temple to find their salvation. With that, both the cell door and the exit to the room swing open and he leaves.

Bayley defeated Sexy Star by disqualification to retain the Luchadoras Championship. The luchadoras shook hands before the match began and had competitive contest that maintained good spirit throughout the duration of the bout until near the end when Sexy Star went to the top rope and was met there by Bayley. They trade blows with Bayley getting the better of the exchange. She appeared to be setting up for Super Belly-to-Bayley Suplex when Sexy Star blocked with a headbutt that disoriented the champion. As she began to lose her balance on the turnbuckle, Bayley reached out to grab Sexy Star to try to stop her from falling. It looked like she unintentionally grabbed her by the hair and pulled her to the mat as she fell. Sexy Star looked seriously pissed off and retaliated with a kick to the crotch before applying the Cross Armbreaker. Bayley tapped out, which should have made Sexy Star the new champion, but Sexy Star refused to let go of Bayley after the bell had rung, so the referee reversed his decision. After hearing the announcement that Bayley won by disqualification, Sexy Star lashed out at the referee, knocked him down and out of the ring with a thrust kick. Sexy Star seems to have gone off the deep end.

Alberto El Patron defeated Pentagon Jr. by pinfall to advance to the finals of the Battleground Elimination Chamber tournament. Alberto needed copious amounts of help to advance to the finals, underlining that the tournament is in fact rigged in his favour. It started out fair, but when Alberto could not get the better of Pentagon Jr. in the early going, he introduced a steel chair into the match and used it on Pentagon. However, he couldn’t pin him for the 3-count. Pentagon showed no fear and battled back. He brought a table out from under the ring, which prompted a stipulation added to the match that if Pentagon used any weapons, he would be disqualified. Despite Alberto’s unfair advantage, Pentagon refused to back down. When Alberto set him up for a reverse superplex, Pentagon knocked him off the turnbuckle with some back elbows and then hit a missile dropkick. He followed that up with a pair of thrust kicks and then a package piledriver. Alberto survived thanks to Los Perros del Mal, who already did a number on Bad News Brown. They finished off Pentagon with a triple-team jackknife powerbomb thrown from the ring to the floor and through a table. When they returned him to the ring, Alberto pompously pinned him with a single foot on his chest for the 3-count.

Eddie Guerrero defeated Mil Muertes by pinfall to advance to the finals of the Battleground Elimination Chamber tournament. Getting past Mil Muertes was a tall task even for the likes of Latino Heat. After Guerrero employed his technical wrestling skills in the early going, the match quickly turned into a brawl when Mil Muertes gained the advantage. As in the previous match, chairs were used, but this time both competitors hammered each other with the weapons. Mil Muertes unscrewed one of the bottom turnbuckles and wacked Guerrero in the forehead with it, busting him open, but surprisingly failing to keep him down for a 3-count. Tables also came into play. Guerrero put Mil Muertes through a table with a frog splash, but he miraculously kicked out of the pinfall attempt. Likewise, Mil Muertes speared Guerrero with his Reaper’s Trident threw a table in the corner, but Guerrero got a shoulder up on the ensuing pinfall attempt. The brawl left the ring once more and went into the crowd and up onto the band staging. Earlier, a stack of tables was set up in the entrance aisle below. Mil Muertes set up for a powerbomb, but Guerrero countered with a back body drop sending him through the stack of tables. Guerrero used his last ounces of energy to drag Mil Muertes back to the ring, climb the turnbuckle and land a perfect frog splash that stuck for the pinfall. 1…2…3!
After the match, Alberto El Patron entered the ring with Lose Perros del Mal and The Crew. The surrounded Guerrero, who looked around and sensed that he was doomed to face a vicious assault. However, Alberto simply congratulated him and said, “See you in the finals.” Alberto and his hired hands let Guerrero limp away from the ring while also letting him know what he will be up against next week.
