LPWA TV Episode 10-7-2017 on Spike TV (2 episodes 10/14 & 21/2017)
The show opens with Velvet Sky of the Beautiful People shaving the head of Taryn Terrell in the steel cage from last Saturday night's LPWA PPV Bloody Battlefield. Terrell's turncoat tag partners Tessa Blanchard & Vanessa Kraven are handed an enveloped by Beautiful People's manager Stacy Keibler amid the showering of boos from the fans as we go to the LPWA (Ladies Pro Wrestling Alliance) logo. Today's show opens new clips of LPWA women wrestlers before we head to the ringside from the LA Forum with the announcing team of Joey Styles & Les Thatcher. Joining them are ring announcer Mike McGuirk & interviewer Eden Stiles. They welcome the fans back for another exciting hour of LPWA wrestling. Commissioner Penny Banner joins them with a very special announcement concerning the MUW Universe. LPWA will be participating in a first ever women's elimination chamber match at Battleground in Tokyo, Japan to determine a first-ever MUW Women's World Champion! Banner says will have more on who will be representing LPWA in that tournament & the date for that event when she has more information.
Joey & Les immediately go the double cross in the cage match with Tessa Blanchard & Vanessa Kraven turning on tag team partner Taryn Terrell & her getting her head shaved by Velvet Sky of the Beautiful People (Angeline Love & Madison Rayne). Both announcers are outraged. They tried to interview Terrell & she did not want to talk to the media & they understand why. But why did Blanchard & Kraven do such a thing. Thatcher suspects money as Eden Stiles interview reveiled.
Taped interview by Stiles after the Bloody Battlefield main event with Blanchard & Kraven. They said they were originally going to help Terrell win but Keibler made them an offer they could not refuse. Several thousand reasons to be exact. Besides, Tessa & Vanessa want some tag team belts around their waists. The US or the World's Tag Titles! So Midwest Milita & Kimberbombs are put on notice. Blanchard & Kraven want your titles.
Back at the desk, the announcing team is joined by the new United States Women's Champion MsChif. MsChif defeated Cheerleader Melissa for the title in what some would say controversial & others not. Regardless of the protests from Melissa & referee Charles Robinson, original referee James Beard counted 1-2-3 before Stephanie Bellars hit him with the belt. He had made the 3 count & his decision is the official one.
On today's show we will see the new US Champion MsChif in action followed by World's Champion Gail Kim w/Woman, the tag team of Tessa Blanchard & Venessa Kraven, a huge single clash between Asian stars Kana against Takako Inoue & in the final match, a battle of the big women when Kyoko Inoue squares off against Sage Beckett (5-11, 190).
Commercial break includes a new promo for LPWA merchandise including clothing, photos, t-shirts, posters, dvds, etc. The clothing is modeled by wrestlers Mandy Rose, Kat Green & Rebel
We go to the ring with the LPWA tight t-shirt & short short wearing Mike McGuirk for the first match of the day.
