But enter Commissioner Mick Foley, who answers their quest to "make history" by booking them in a 2nd title defense! Tonight! Two times in the same day on TWO DIFFERENT CARDS! History! ______________________________________________________________BOBBY LASHLEY (2015) vs. MIKE AWESOME (2000)
(Cross-Promotional Heavyweight Bout) versus
BCCW is king of the Mash-Up Wrestling cross-over. We pioneered this unheard of practice as far back as our very 1st "BiB" supershow in XPW Remixed Season One. It takes guts, fortitude, finances & clout to pull such a miraculous coup in today's environment of Territory borders and strict contracts. But if BCCW is about one thing, its always been the love. True competition reigns under one banner to unite them all. Tonight, former BCCW 6-Man Tag Team champion Mike Awesome returns to the roost. But this time he's representing the Mash-Up ECW Revival Tour that enjoyed brief prosperity over the Summer of 2015. Awesome is at a snapshot of his ECW best, just as he held their title and crossed-over to WCW (circa 2000).
Bobby Lashley on the other hand, steps right out of 2015 with MMA victories and TNA, BCCW Heavyweight and Television titles fresh in his rearview. Since returning to active BCCW action @ "Up in Smoke" in June, Lashley has been on a dominant tear to regain the gold he once coveted so much. Tonight is a Heavyweight proving ground, and Inter-promotional grudge match. Outlaw members of the ECW Revival ruined our 1st BCCW card in Mexico City by staging a run-in. Bobby Lashley holds ECW personally responsible, and Awesome has answered his call. This is literally a battle of two former ECW Champions. In the end (after a missed frogsplash off the top rope by Awesome) Lashley hits the spear for the pin!
Winner: BOBBY LASHLEY (2015)But postmatch - during Lashley's victory speech - he is blindsided by a familiar foe who shares the same territorial borders... "Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff! As centerpiece of the Alpha Delta Phi stable (alongside Harvard Chris & Wild Red Berry), Orndorff unleashes a horrendous assault on Lashley that culminates with Lashley being locked in Mr Wonderful's "Masterlock" submission! "Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff... still cream of the BCCW crop!!** Cut to recap / commentator summary / backstage interview from Renee Young w/ AJ Styles & Taeler Hendrix **
______________________________________________________________AJ STYLES (w/ Taeler)
vs
MIL MUERTES (w/ Catrina)
(Catchweight Bout) w/
vs.
w/
AJ Styles has been on a tear in BCCW since his debut, and is within an angels hair of finally capturing the Flyweight title once and for all. But tonight - he has run into a terrifying brick wall. The mysterious Mil Muertes debuted in BCCW with a gruesome victory in the "Slaughtahouse Stampede 2015" bout. Alongside his equally-mysterious valet Catrina, they have spread plague & pestilence in their wake. Tonight in Hawaii on Halloween night, Mil Muertes & Catrina find their powers manifested tenfold.
Size, power (and perhaps a little overconfidence) defeats AJ Styles tonight, ending with a Flatliner. But the real horror unfolds postmatch - when Catrina & Muertes stalk AJ Styles' hapless valet Taeler Hendrix! She tries to fight back, but Mil Muertes is a MONSTER! He *slams* Taeler Hendrix and takes her *OUT* of BCCW for good with a "Flatliner" finisher! No! Catrina finishes with her "kiss of death!" The angel of doom has visited "HiH2015" tonight, and taken Taeler & AJ with him!
Winner: MIL MUERTES** Cut to horrified commentator recap / backstage vignette **Cameras catch the custom limo pulling up to the arena, and BCCW backstage correspondent Renee Young scuttles over for an exclusive interview. It is reigning BCCW Television and *still* WWE Champion GINO HERNANDEZ (w/ his new girlfriend Baby Doll!) The Handsome Halfbreed is walking history, being the 1st BCCW-contracted wrestler to carry another territories Championship (WWE title) - and a dual cross-promotional champion. Gino was victorious in his WWE Title defense @ "Battleground 3" just a few hours earlier, and makes it clear he is here tonight to witness his stablemate Ric Flair make the same kind of history, when Flair *beats* CM Punk to become BCCW HW *and* WORLD champion! Mount Rushmore rules the world!** CUT TO RING **
______________________________________________________________** BCCW 6-Man Tag Team Titles **The NEW DAY vs. DOOM 2.0 (w/ Woman) versus
w/
The New Day (2015) vs. WCW-era DOOM (w/ a Mash-Up twist - Apollo Crews from 2017). Two things stand out most about this BCCW 6-Man Tag Team version of DOOM - the sensual Woman & the amazing Apollo Crews. They are the bridge that helps merge Simmons & Reeds' old-school style with a contemporary New Day. The roller-coaster ride these BCCW 6-Man Tag Team championship belts have been on between the two teams is well-documented, and climaxed with a killer crossover appearance from WWE superstar the ROCK (finally burying the "Nation" theme these two teams splintered from). But this is a New Day, and the trombone plays for victory. Particularly when Xavier Wood crushes said-trombone over the back of Ron Simmons head for the pinfall!
Winners (and *STILL* Tag Team champions):
THE NEW DAYNew Day try posing with their trombone and all, but Doom clears them out to great fan acclaim and instantly regain their credibility as the "Tough Guys" of the BCCW 6-Man division.** CUT TO "Invasion 2015" video promo and upcoming "Battleground Battle Royal" match **
______________________________________________________________Mash-Up Wrestling "Battleground Battle Royal"20)
Curtis Axel (ECW)
(His surprising career resurgence as a parody act quickly sputtered out when Hulk Hogan was revealed to be a racist piece of shit. So Axel disappeared to ECW where he is quickly eliminated tonight by Cena, Crusher... and Mr Perfect!!)
19)
Zema Ion (ICW)
(Former BCCW - turned ICW Indy talent - is thrown high over the top rope to his elimination by "Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff)
18)
Reckless Youth (ICW)
(Indy legend with tons of cred gets dumped on his head by an angry Celtic Warrior Sheamus!)
17)
Billy Robinson (WWE)
(No-nonsense worker is dumped from behind by Greg "the Hammer" Valentine while trying to eliminate El Texano Jr)
16)
Homicide (ICW)
(Has been living up to his 2015 loose-cannon run through Mash-Up Wrestling by plying his crime scene-style along the Eastern Indy scene, particularly ICW. Another strong showing tonight, but is finally eliminated by a resurgent John Cena)
15)
Masked Superstar (WWE)
(Dumped over the top rope by an FUAA from John Cena! Cena has been trying to get his hands on El Texano Jr all match, only to be stymied in every direction)
14)
Austin Aries (ICW)
(One of the first men to make crossover history in Mash-Up Wrestling, when he showed up in XPW Remixed with another company's championship belt! But that was a long time ago, and Austin has labored in various Indy feds up and down the Coast. He gets love from the fans tonight, but not from Ivan Koloff & Greg Valentine who temporarily team up to toss him out)
13)
Jun Kasai (ECW)
(The 1st "Death Match Champion" in Mash-Up Wrestling, Jun Kasai is eliminated by Masada after a ferocious exchange. So much for "us versus them!" This is every man for himself!)
12)
Greg "the Hammer" Valentine (WWE)
(After a dueling chops, forearms & slaps contest with Crusher Casey (that Valentine *loses*), the "Hammer" is knocked backwards over the top rope by an "Irish Sledge" double axe-handle!)
11)
Johnny Mundo (ECW)
(Former WWE, Lucha Underground & BCCW Superstar is now re-honing his craft on the ECW Revival Tour. Impressive display tonight - avoiding elimination many times in dexterous ways - but ultimately succumbing" to a bench-press heave of POWER right over the top rope by "Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff!)
10)
Ivan Koloff (BCCW)
(After administering a brutal clubbing to Eddie Edwards, Comrade Ivan is distracted by the ringside shouting between his valet Lana & Eddie's girl Alexxis Nevaeh - and tossed over the top rope from behind by a recovered "Diehard" Eddie Edwards!)
9)
Masada (ECW)
(Another XPW Remixed veteran, CZW champion & Death Match legend plies his trade in rough-and-rugged fashion here tonight, before being eliminated by John Cena)
8)
"Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff (BCCW)
(Eliminated by a furious "Blaster" Bobby Lashley, who escapes paramedics clutches to punish the man who jumped him earlier in the evening! Lashley pummels Orndorff all the way backstage!)
7)
Eddie Edwards (BCCW)
(Eliminated by El Texano Jr after a daring and athletic duel along the ropes & turnbuckle)
6)
"Wildfire" Tommy Rich (WWE)
("Betrayed" by fellow WWE cohort Mr Perfect, and tossed out when he wasn't even looking!)
5)
"Mr Perfect" Curt Hennig (WWE)
(What goes around comes around... Hennig is immediately eliminated when Sheamus sneaks up on him from behind and tosses him).
4)
Sheamus (BCCW)
(Eliminated by Crusher Casey after a series of close-calls and reversals. Sheamus is furious!!)
3)
Crusher Casey (BCCW)
(Pushed to his doom by the wily El Texano Jr, who lured him in and laid him out).
2)
El Texano Jr (ECW)
(Finally the big one-on-one showdown occurs; a blowoff to their encounter in Mexico City. But El Texano Jr still gets more than his fair share of cheers against Cena, especially after surviving a near 2-on-1 handicap match against Cena & Crusher just prior. But El Texano Jr makes sure everybody knows he is a no-good dastardly heel by cheating, scheming and screaming at the fans. In the end, nobody wants to see an outsider rub their face in defeat. So the BCCW universe pulls for Cena collectively, and he responds by firing up, firing back and launching El Texano Jr clear over the top rope with a bench-press heave!)
*Winner* JOHN CENA!!The man in Beantown wrestling! The legend of BCCW! The literal "face" of WWE! John Cena once again reigns supreme, in a class all his own! This is a throwback to 2006-era Cena when he was battling ECW forces, like Sabu on SNME or RVD @ "One Night Stand". Chain-gang captain with a muthaphuckkin *attitude!!*** CUT TO RECAP **
