JOURNEY TO GREATNESS is just two days away - May 31, 2014. I am writing this note to let you all know that the show will be be posted in two parts. It's a rather large undertaking and I've decided to do it this way for a few reasons, among which are: there are ten matches and I've chosen to give each match lengthy, detailed literary descriptions because I consider it to be the biggest event of my calendar year (I am treating it as AGPW's Wrestlemania/Starrcade), and so it'll be easier to consume in two sittings; because I've opted to go big on writing this one, it is taking me a lot of time to complete the work (I have 5 of 10 matches completed as of right now); I've had to a lot of extra hours into my job the past two weeks, but I will return to a normal work schedule next week; I've had no time to dedicate to working on the show the last two weekends because of my ultimate frisbee team has had a ton of out of town games recently; and I won't be able to put find any time for it this weekend because league championships are out of town, nor next weekend because I am playing in a beach tournament which is, again, out of town. Part one will either be published on Friday or Monday. With any luck, part two will be published before next weekend (but I make no promises because I don't want to rush job it just to finish it up in a timely manner). Although I will be out of town and busy on the weekend, I will still be able to participate in the Endless Summer draft, as I will have my phone with me and I can post my draft picks from it. Drafting won't take a great deal of time or effort. I will routinely check in on the draft proceedings and try to make my picks in a timely manner. Also, keep in mind that I live in South Korea (as some of you already know), so if my turn comes up in the middle of the afternoon where you are, I will most likely be asleep. So don't expect to be able to continue on with the draft until the evening. I'll be up early on Sunday morning (probably around 8 am, which would be 7pm EST Saturday night) to get ready for my Sunday games. With that mind, the mornings and evenings will probably be the best times for us to run through the draft over the course of the two days.

Recent reports are coming out that new owner of WCW Paul Heyman is not happy about his BattleBowl PPV taking place in Madison Square Garden. We have heard that he actually plans to get out of the contract that was signed before him being in the position of power. Logan and Eric Bischoff were the ones to sign the deal for the next ppv to take place in the heart of New York. Paul isn't a fan cause he believes that this move wouldn't go over well since that is WWE's backyard.
A source close to the situation has said that its not a matter of if they move the ppv but when they move the location.
Paul has said that he wants to run more up North and he wants some of his old fans to come and watch the shows live cause he believes the WCW crowds were always dead. He said he wants the atmosphere to be different at his shows. He wants more crowd involvement at the shows.
The location that Paul is looking into is the Hammerstein Ballroom. We have heard he knows the show would be sold out in minutes if he moves the show there, but the other higher ups don't want the move as they believe more money could be made at Madison Square Garden. It is now to the point where if Paul moves the show, we could see some higher ups in WCW walk out of the company.
This is something that we will keeping an eye on to see what will happen next.
