WORLD PREMIERE
The show opens with a recap of what went down at the end of last weeks show with the Undertaker vs Andre the Giant. Several notable moments from the match are played out on the big screen, from the domination of Andre the Giant early on in the match to come back of the Undertaker, who finally after heading to the top rope 3 times to deliver his "Oldschool" elbow drop finally managed to get the 8th Wonder of the World down. Just when everyone thought that the Taker would cement his legacy by locking in the Hells Gate submission hold on Andre, JBL made his presence known just as he had done the previous week, but this time he wasn't alone. With the help of Beer Money the self proclaimed Wrestling God goes right for the Deadman forcing the official to call for the bell and award him the victory. After the match the trio moves on to Andre, looking to continue their vicious attack and make a statement all at the same time. As the Deadman rises they retreat from the ring and the recap comes to an end.

Its been two weeks since JBL laid him out with that Clothesline from Hell but I'm sure its still weighing heavy on his mind and If I know Shawn Michaels im sure hes gonna have some words for JBL later on here tonight..
Following a quick pan over the crowd the camera comes to a rest on center stage as we prepare to kick things off with the first match of the evening.
X-PAC VS D-Lo Brown
Non Title
Singles Match
VS
X-PAC enters first and its worth noting that he isn't alone as the New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn & Road Dogg) can be seen tagging along with the Dragon Gate champ as he makes his down to the ring. PAC slides in and does his usual taunts while posing with the title as Billy & Road Dogg make their way around to the commentators booth to grab a seat with with Tazz & the Coach. Out next is D-LO Brown, making his UCW debut! He receives a decent pop from the sold out crowd and doesn't waste anytime heading down to the ring. Following the starting bell the two competitors head to the center of the ring for an old fashion lock up. D-LO gains the early advantage using his size and strength to bully X-PAC back into the nearest corner. D-LO manages to land a few right hand shots to the face of the Dragon Gate Champion in the corner before he finally weasels his way out by ducking under a right hand. As soon as hes out of the corner X-PAC follows up with a heel kick to the midsection which puts D-LO in the corner.
Following a kicking combination D-LO finds himself in a seated position in the corner, X-PAC turns to play to the crowd, skipping around the ring before turning back to taunt D-LO with a few "Suck It" chops, he goes for a Bronco Buster but D-LO rolls to the side and down to the outside of the ring to recollect himself. ..Skipping ahead to the final moments of the match...
A lot of back and forth action here with the competitors exchanging blows in the center of the ring. Following a rake to the eyes X-PAC pulls away with the advantage and hes headed for the top rope looking to connect with a hurricanrana but gets hung at the last second! As he tries to battle his way out D-LO sets up for a powerbomb. The New age Outlaws quickly rush up to the ring apron, Road Dogg hops up onto the left side of the ring apron, immediately grabbing the officials attention long enough for Billy to toss something up into the ring to X-PAC. Squirting a misty substance into the eyes of D-LO Brown, X-PAC counters the powerbomb into an X-FACTOR! with his job now done, Road Dogg hopes down off of the ring apron and the ref turns just in time to see X-PAC hook the leg for the 1-2-3... Once again that rat bastard X-PAC sneaks away with tainted win and this time its all thanks to acquaintances on the outside of the ring, the New age Outlaws.
Post Match - Following the match X-PAC rolls to the outside of the ring to celebrate with the Road Dogg and Billy Gunn, holding his Dragon Gate Championship up high for all to see as the Outlaws pose with the tag team title straps. Out of no where the crowd erupts and the camera zooms out to reveal the Steiner Bros and Billy Kiddman all running down the ramp. The unsuspecting Outlaws & X-PAC are all met with clubs to the back and sent tumbling back down to ringside as an all out beating has slowly started to unfold. Rick Steiner sends Billy Gunn flying over the steel steps with an Irish whip, Scott Steiner lands a Belly to belly suplex on Road Dogg and Billy Kiddman takes his fight with X-PAC out into the crowd following a clothesline over the barricade.
Tazz ~ WOAH! We've got an all out brawl going on out here man!
Johnathan Coachman ~ An all out brawl?! It's more like a slaughtering!
Once it finally seems like all hell has broken loose at ringside, Teddy Long steps out from the back.
Tazz ~ And here comes Teddy, made hes gonna restore some order here and calm these guys down..
Teddy Long ~ WOAH, WOAH, WOAH.. Hold it right there playas... I can see that you all wanna fight, and I'm sure that these people here in Memphis Tennessee would love nothing more than to see a rematch of last weeks Six Man tag match.. BUT.. unfortunately thats not how its goin down tonight..X-PAC, Billy, Road Dogg.. now the three of you have been up to no good since day 1 here in the UCW and Scott, Rick, Billy.. I know that the three of you wanna get your hands on these guys more than anything in the world right now.. but If I were to let you rip them to shreds here tonight then there would be no point in booking a double championship match at Locked and Loaded..
The crowd erupts.
Tazz ~ What! a double Championship match at Locked and Loaded?!
Teddy Long ~ Thats right.. at Locked and Loaded, It will be the team of the Steiner Brothers & Billy Kiddman taking on the defending tag team champions.. the New Age Outlaws and the Dragons Gate Champion... X-PAC! and ALL titles will be on the line..
Teddy turns to walk away but the pauses to make a final announcement "OH.. and one last thing.. If anyone from the defending team even thinks about getting disqualified or counted out then ALL titles will switch hands... HOLLA!
Teddys music is cued up over the arenas speakers as he heads to the back and the camera takes one final look at the expressions on the face of the champions before cutting to commerical break.
UCW
Locked & Loaded
May, 26th 2013
Tazz ~ Welcome back, ladies and gentleman! As you can see, Big E Langston in the ring.. awaiting his opponents for the evening..  lets us go back and take a look at what happened between Big E, Teddy Long and a few other superstars backstage during the break.
The cameras focus shifts to the big screen, showing a replay of the conversation that took place backstage between Big E. Langston, Theodore Long and the other members of the UCW roster. In his office, Teddy Long finds himself surrounded by several superstars who have yet to debut on LIVE TV, as the competitors bicker back and forth Teddy finally has enough and he announces that tonight they're all gonna get a chance to prove themselves in a Battle Royal Gauntlet Match.. The superstars all begin to look at eachother, questioning the rules of a "Battle Royal" Gauntlet Match as Teddy walks away.
Following the replay the cameras focus immediately returns to the ring where Big E Langston paces back and forth awaiting the arrival of the next competitor.
Big E. Langston
Battle Royal Gauntlet Match
2 competitors start off in the ring with 3 minutes on the clock.
Once one competitor is pinned a new competitor enters, If there are no pinfalls within the 3 minutes of the countdown a new competitor enters the match by default.
The match will end when one superstar remains and there are no more challengers.
The next competitor out is the Big Red Monster Kane.
Kane
As pyros explode on all 4 ring post Big E still stands unphased in the center of the ring. With Kane in his corner the times keeper calls for the bell with 3 minutes now on the clock. The two behemoths go for a lockup in the center of the ring but Big E Langston breaks it with a quickness, delivering a few clubbing blows to the back of the big red monster bringing him down to a single knee as the crowd boos. Big E off the ropes but Kane rises and catches him with a mean right uppercut that sends him stumbling. Big E runs forward but eats another uppercut from Kane who then grabs the arm and looks for an Irish whip but Langston doesn't budge as he plants his feet and pulls Kane into a clothesline with an impressive show of strength, the crowd boos once again as E draws Kane back to his feet and whips him into a corner, Big E continues to dominate for a bit as finally the clock runs down to 0.
Rodney Mack
Out next is Rodney Mack! and this guy is no small competitor either. So we go from having two monsters competitors in the ring now to three.. Mack goes right into the corner crushing both Kane and Big E. Langston with a big body splash. The big red machine slowly turns around and barely avoids having his head taken off by a clothesline from Rodney Mack who instead hits Big E Langston as Kane ducks under his arm. Rodney Mack goes to work on Big E Langston, putting the boots to him until Kane intervenes again, he spins Rodney around and the two begin to exchange right hands back and forth. ..Skipping ahead in the match after realizing that it is damn near impossible to keep Kane down Big E and Rodney Mack decide to do what everyone expected them to do from the start and work together. They do a great job of keeping the Big red monster down but it isn't long before he starts to battle his way back into the match. Following a double Irish whip came comes off of the ropes, catching both Langston and Rodney Mack with a flying clothesline. With all 3 men down the clock finally reaches 0 again..
Rey Mysterio!
Being the smallest competitor in the match thus far Rey Mysterio still shows no signs of fear as he heads right down to the ring and gets himself involved in the action, evening things up as he goes right after Big E Langston whos already down on both knees. Off of the ropes Rey delivers a drop kick to the face Big E and then plays to the crowd who gives him a positive reaction. Kane and Rodney mack continue to slug it out with Kane getting the advantage with one last uppercut which sends a dazed Rodney stumbling back only to fall on the middle ropes. Kane looks at Mysterio and Mysterio looks at Kane who steps aside and nods. 619! Rey hits the 619 on Rodney Mack and follows it up with a West Coast Pop! He hooks the leg and the referee counts 1-2-3!
Rodney Mack has been eliminated..
Following elimination an angry Rodney Mack rolls to the outside of the ring and beats up on the ring apron for a little bit until Rey sends him back into the barricade with a running baseball slide. Getting to his feet Mysterio showboats for the crowd but this may cost him as the Big Red Monster Kane sets up for a chokeslam, stalking from behind.. As soon as Rey turns around the hand of Kane wraps around his throat, lifting him from the canvas. Rey barely manages to free himself from the grasp of Kane as he hops down behind him and takes out his leg before shoving him down onto the middle rope. The crowd goes WILD! is Mysterio going for his second elimination in this match?! He dials up for the 619! he hits the ropes but NO! Kane catches the legs and blocks it before pulling him back through...Kane sets up for the tombstone piledriver and he does it! he nails! He makes the cover and the official makes the count.
1-2-3!
Rey Mysterio has been eliminated..
With two back to back elimination we're back down to the two behemoth with the two behemoths that we started this thing off with.. Big E Langston and Kane but two new arrivals to the match are well on their way... just as Kane sends Langston over the top rope with a clothesline the next competitors music comes on over the arenas sound system.
Jimmy Wang Yang
Jimmy Wang Yang is the next competitor out.. with both Kane and Big E battling on the outside of the ring Jimmy takes the time to entertain the crowd with a little square dancing but freezes in fear once the next competitors music hits over the sound system.
Abyss
Jimmy Wang Yang remains frozen in fear inside of the ring as the Monster Abyss inches close to the ring apron. As soon as he pulls himslef up onto the apron Wang Yang strikes, looking to fend off the monster with right hands before he even makes it into the ring. Abyss fights off the attack before palming the head of Jimmy in his massive hand, he shoves him back and down to the canvas before finally stepping over the top rope.  On the outside of the ring Big E. Langston is now in control of Kane, he leans him against the barricade and delivers several backhand chops as we shift back to the action in the ring. Abyss picks up Jimmy just as the timer sounds off again.
Charlie Haas
Charlie Haas is in next and he waste little time coming to the rescue of Jimmy Wang Yang but his concern for another competitor in this match lands him in a world a trouble as the clubs that he deliver to the back of the Monster Abyss aren't effective at all but they do grab the Monsters attention. On the outside of the ring Kane has regained control over Big E and in a big way as he sets up for a chokeslam through the commentators table and he DOES IT! Big E Langston lays unconscious in a heap of what is left of the announcers table while in the ring Abyss has just delivered a Black Hole slam to Charlie Haas.. he follows it up with a Black Hole slam to Jimmy Wang Yang on TOP of Charlie Haas. Abyss makes the cover and the ref counts the 1-2-3! Abyss has just eliminated two men at once!!!
Charlie Haas and Jimmy Wang Yang have been eliminated..
With Langston down on the outside Kanes attention shifts back to the ring and onto the Monster Abyss as the crowd goes crazy.. Kane pulls himself up onto the apron and Abyss motions for him to enter the ring, the two monsters collide in the center of the ring and tear into eachother with lefts and rights, we see a lot of back and forth here with both men eventually hitting their finishers on eachother but unable to seal the deal with a cover. With both men down the final clock of the match runs out and its time for the final entrant..
Batista
In what will probably go down as the loudest crowd reaction tonight, the crowd threatens to tear the roof off of the building for the Animal Batista! Batista hits the ring right away and just in time to catch the Monster Abyss coming to his feet. As soon as Batista slides in Abyss runs towards him but gets a spinebuster for his troubles! Batista hooks the leg and gets the 3 count! but could it have been due to his spinebuster? or from the damage that had already been dealt by the big red monster..? Speaking of the big red monster Kane is getting to his feet and Batista is stalking him, looking to seal the deal and win the match. Kane spins around and Batista goes for a spear but the Big red monster steps to the side sending the Animal shoulder first into the turnbuckle. He stumbles back and turns to walk right into the hands of Kane who sets up for a chokeslam, Batista reverses with a kick to the gut and signals for his power bomb finisher. He hits it! and the referee counts 1-2-3!
Kane has been eliminated..
in the end the fresher man wins but Kane proves why he is still going to be a force to be reckoned with here in the UCW after entering the match second only to be the last man eliminated.
Winner - Batista
Post match - Following the match Batista goes to the top rope to celebrate, totally unaware of the totally unaware of Big E who was never REALLY officially been eliminated from the match. As soon as Batista steps down, Big E spins him around and delivers the "Big Ending" before lowering his shoulder straps... He stands over Batista while taking in the boos of the crowd and we cut to commercial break.
We return from commercial break to Raven in the ring, he says that he doesn't want to be handed the Bareknuckle Hardcore Championship and says that even though he took it from Bam Bam & The Bossman last week, hes willing to fight for the right to be called the champion.
He calls out Bam Bam Bigelow and anyone else from the back who is up for a fight before rolling out of the ring to litter it with weapons from underneath.

Bossman gets on the mic and says that there isn't going to be a title match tonight but instead a "damn massacre"  If Raven doesn't hand over the title. Raven sits squated in the corner but stands once Bam Bam enters the ring. Bigelow grabs a kendo stick from the canvas and holds it at his side as Raven grabs the title and holds it high into the air. Letting out a cry of frustration Bam Bam charges forward swinging the stick, Raven ducks under it and it hits the top rope before bouncing back to smack Bigelow in the face. With the title in hand Raven rolls to the outside and heads for the stage but Bossman steps into his path.  Ravens solution? A lowblow right tttto the family jewels before continuing up the stage. Once at the top of the stage Raven stops and pulls a microphone from his pocket. He says that until Bam Bam Bigelow learns how to defend the Hardcore title the right way he doesn't deserve to be called Bareknuckle Champion. He says that until that day comes he'll hold on to the title for him.
Beer Money vs Psychosis & Super Crazy
Tag team Number 1 Contendership
Tag team Number 1 Contendership
B VS
After aligning themselves with the powerful JBL, Beer Money find themselves in a number one contendership match for the tag team titles. Following their actions against the Undertaker & Andre the Giant at the end of last weeks broadcast you can believe that these guys will be looking over their shoulders during this whole match.
This was a very technical match thanks to Super Crazy and Psychosis. We saw lots of reversal and fast paced action with a lot of back and forth tagging throughout the match. They do a great job of keeping both Beer Money members isolated from their corner throughout the match but in the end it still isn’t enough to buy them victory as Beer Money surprisingly walks away with a clean win and a shot at the UCW tag team title straps.
Following the match a paranoid Beer Money are quick to get the hell out of the ring and head to the back, not even bothering to stick around for a post match celebration and I wonder why?
WINNER(S) - Beer Money
The cameras cut out to the parking lot were Rey Mysterio is see headed to his car, still holding the side of his neck following the tombstone piledriver he received from Kane earlier in the show. While crossing the parking lot hes cut off by a pimped out lowrider with flames..
As the ass end of the low rider drops both the driver and passenger side doors open. Out from the passenger side hops Juvented Guerrera and from the drivers side Konnan.
Konnan congratulates Rey on his debut earlier in the night even though he lost butJuvented pokes fun before Konnan tells him to shut up in Spanish. Konnan tells Rey that what he done tonight was impressive but it wasn’t shit compared to what him and his boys are gonna do whenever they touch down in the UCW. He tells Rey that if he really wants to grab everyones attention that he should join up with them while the offers on the table. Rey doesn’t say anything and Konnan tells him to just think about it and that he doesn’t have to answer
right away, he motions for Juvented and the two of them hop back into the Low Rider before pullingg  off while Mysterio watches.
The camera cuts to commercial break.
Following the commercial break we return to ringside as JBL’s music hits the arenas sound system & it can only mean one thing, well two actually. Not only is it main event time, but its also time for the self-proclaimed “Wrestling God” to explain his actions as of the last two weeks.
JBL hits the ring and of course he isn’t alone as the number one contenders to the tag team titles Beer Money are also tagging along. As the trio make their way down to the ring they’re showered in boos by the sold out Memphis TN. Crowd. JBL climbs up to the top turnbuckle and flashes his million dollar smile despite the crowds reaction and then hops down. As his music ends he takes his place in a corner to await his opponent.
JBL vs Mr.Kennedy
WHC Qualifiers Match
And tonight Mr.Kennedy makes his UWC debut in a major way as he steps in the ring with JBL with a future shot of the World Heavyweight Championship on the line! Mr.Kennedy starts off with the upperhand over JBL with the crowd solidly behind him. He looks to end things early with a mic-check but JBL quickly drops down to the canvas and rolls to the outside of the ring to recollect himself as we slip into the final commercial break of the night.
Following the break we return to the action in the ring.. since the break JBL has gained control of the match and is punishing Mr.Kennedy whos currently down in the ring on all fours. JBL shows utter disrespect by shoving Kennedy down into the canvas using his boot. He then flashes a smile and waves to the crowd showing us that he REALLY knows how to get underneath the skin of the Tennessee crowd… Skipping ahead to the final moments of the match, Mr.Kennedy is in control and hes setting up for a mic check but up onto the apron climbs a beer swiggling James Storm, a bottle in hand. He calls Kennedy over to the ropes, talks a little trash and then takes a swig before the referee orders him off of the apron.. His distraction has left just enough time for JBL to get back to his feet and as soon as Kennedy turns around hes met with a Clothesline from Hell!
JBL slides into the cover and the official makes the count
1-2-3
WINNER – JBL

Post match - Following the match JBL knows that he has no time to celebrate, hes a man with a target on his back and he has to get the hell out of dodge but not before delivering his explanation. He motions for a mic from ringside, Bobby Rhoode passes it through the ropes as his music comes to an end.
JBL ~ …Why? Everybody wants to know why? Why JBL? Why did you try to take Shawn Michaels head off following the main event 2 weeks ago on Warfare? Why did you sabotage last weeks main event between the Undertaker and Andre the GIANT? and last but not least JBL why have you chosen to side with Beer Money..? I’ll tell you why…Because I AM A WRESTLING GOD.
""Two weeks ago, Shawn Michaels STOLE my main event spot  at the UCW world premiere.. everyone knows that I should have been in that match.. So I did what I had to do and I ended the show the way that it should of ended, with the spot light on me.. but that’s not the only reason why I “attacked” Shawn Michaels two weeks ago to end the show.. you see, I knew that I would win my qualifiers match and go on to fight for the UCW World Heavyweight Championship at Locked and Loaded and once I saw Michaels win his match two weeks ago I figured there was no better time to than then to put him on notice so that’s exactly what I did."
And nooooow people wanna know WHY I sabotaged the main event match from last week between the Undertaker and Andre the GIANT… like I said before, I am a Wrestling GOD and when it comes to—""
Before JBL completes his sentence the lights inside of the FED Ex Forum flicker a few times before the arena goes dark. The Undertakers theme comes on over the sound system as Beer Money & JBL huddle closer together in the center of the ring. There huddle is soon broken up by a lightning bolt that strikes right in the middle of them all, It sends Storm and Rhoode running for the hills as JBL stands alone in the ring asking where them where they’re going.
Both men stop half way up the ramp, frozen in fear as the lights come back up.. JBL goes to take a step back but runs right into.. THE UNDERTAKER! The self proclaimed Wrestling Gods skin turns sheet white as he slowly turns out to face the Dead Man. The Taker runs his hand across his throat and then goes to grab JBL, wrapping a hand around his throat as he forces him back into the nearest corner.
The crowd is going wild as “Taker!” chants flood the entire arena and just when you think that things couldn’t get any crazier the music of the “Heart Break Kid” Shawn Michaels kicks in over the loud speakers! Both Storm and Rhoode turn around to cut Michaels off on the stage but he rushes them at full speed. He delievers a few rights to Rhoode and then a few to Storm knocking him back down the entrance ramp before running to slide into the ring.. before things can get too carried away out comes Teddy Long… Boy does this guy always pick the wrong time to show up!
Teddy steps out onto the stage and immediately tries to calm Michaels and the Undertaker.. he tells them that he knows that they both have a bone to pick with JBL but since we’re out of time tonights not the night. The crowd boos but Teddy calms them down long enough to introduce the main event for next weeks show… The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels and ANDRE THE GIANT! vs JBL and Beer Money! Once again the crowd goes wild! The smile on HBK’s face is priceless and so is the expression on JBL’s face as his eyes bulge out from his skull. Following the announcement the Undertaker looks deep into the eyes of JBL and slowly loosens his grip allowing the self proclaimed “Wrestling God” to walk out of the corner.. he begins to straighten his shirt and tie as he steps forward and walks right into a Sweet Chin Music!
HBK’s music hits over the sound system and takes out.
